The climate survey consists of 13 categories with five to ten questions per category.  Categories and questions can be customized to reflect individual cultures and values.

    • The extent to which employees are provided for individual growth, development and advancement for higher level jobs.

  • Fairness of Treatment

    • The extent to which company policies and procedures are applied equitably to all employees.

  • Commitment

    • The extent to which the company conveys a sense of commitment to employees that fosters employee loyalty and morale.

  • Management Skills

    • The extent to which managers demonstrate the skills needed to guide employees toward effective performance.

  • Management Style

    • The pattern of encouragement and support for individual initiative and openness directed toward enhanced organization effectiveness.

  • Performance Orientation

    • The extent to which high levels of performance are expected, encouraged and clearly communicated.

  • Compensation

    • The extent to which the compensation system is seen as equitable, competitive and related to individual performance.

  • Decision-Making

    • The systematic formulation, implementation and review of information-based decisions.

  • Organizational Vitality

    • The dynamic nature of an organization as reflected by its responsiveness to change, trend setting programs, venturesome goals and internal pace of activities
