Point Matrix

The quantification of goal attainment (results) is accomplished by using an "Achievement Point Matrix" shown below. Each goal is provided an accomplishment number consistent with its assigned weighting percentage. For example, Noteworthy results for all goals produces 800 total points; if a goal was assigned a 20% weighting, it would be assigned 160 points (800 X 0.20).
