Results and Awards

If you chose to aggregate the goals and results of all schools, then the next step is to distribute achievement payments based upon demonstrated results of the "stand-alone" school and the results of all schools combined. As with goals, this is accomplished by the "weighting" process. The example below depicts a school that attained ACCEPTABLE results paid at 1% of salary and the combined school goal attainment of NOTEWORTHY at 1.5% of salary. Using a school weighting of 75% and a combined school weighting of 25%, the resultant award to be paid equals 1.125%
